Koln & Rome
I'm just about recovered from being in Germany. World Youth Day was difficult. It was wonderful and amazing and moving and magnificent, but it was also a pilgrimage in the truest sense of the word. Koln is beautiful - the city is apparently known as the "Rome of the North". The weather while I was there was quite far from mediterranean, though.
And big news - I will be studying in Rome this year, at the Emmanuel School of Mission, a wonderful school of evangelization that I've been hoping to go to for almost three years now. Found out I was accepted while at WYD. Lots of preparation to do, but I am so excited.
More on my experiences at World Youth Day to come.
